Inlet Guide Vanes

Looking for a way to save money on your compressed air energy bill with only minor changes?   Air Relief has the answer in an inlet guide vane.  Air Relief inlet guide vanes are easy to install and (due to our thin line design) will not require any piping changes.  Also, an inlet guide vane will pay itself off with energy savings inside of one year of operation.

Now that is quick and easy!

If your compressors operate throttled, an inlet guide vane can save you significant money on your power bill!

Loadsharing

If  current  power  prices  are  putting  a  crunch  on  you  budget  then loadsharing   for   your   centrifugal  compressors  may  be  the  answer. Loadsharing   operates   in   a  peer-to-peer  manner  between  TurboLogix controllers  so  there  are  no  personal computers or wall mounted “black boxes”  to  maintain  or  mount.   Each TurboLogix communicates via its Ethernet port to form a high speed data highway, therefore, wiring is simple and quick to install.

In  addition  to  loadsharing, the TurboLogix controllers can be set up to start/stop,  load  and unload compressors based on system dynamics to help further save energy.

Loadsharing provides abundant energy savings by managing the compressor turn-down and system operation.
