1. Protection of Your Personal Information
Protecting your personal information on the Internet is of serious concern to Air Relief, Inc. (“Air Relief” or the “Company”). The following policies describe how the information you entrust to us will and will not be used.
This Web site is owned and operated by Air Relief. We do not collect any information that can be traced to a specific individual unless he or she voluntarily and knowingly provides this information. We do, however, anonymously track the usage patterns of all visitors to measure the number of visits, pages visited, average time spent on the site, etc. We use these statistics and share them with trusted third parties to improve our Web site design and content.
Occasionally we will request personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) from you. You are under no obligation to provide such information. However, if you agree to share that information with Air Relief we will be able to better serve you in many instances. Typically when we request personal information from you, we will ask you whether you would like us to contact you with additional information from time-to-time. Air Relief may terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this web site, in Air Relief's sole discretion for any reason, including your failure to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. 11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Air Relief and you with respect to your use of this Web site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Web site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
